How To Apply DDA Housing Scheme 2017 (Online-Offline)

Delhi Development Authority launches schemes every year to provide homes to people without making it an on-time purchase. This year the DDA New Housing Scheme 2017 will include around 13,000 residential flats, out of which about 10,000 flats are from DDA Housing Scheme 2014. These flats were rejected or surrendered by the allottees on grounds of low size. As per the recent reports the scheme will be launched in May. In this article I will tell you how to apply, Form online offline process DDA flats scheme 2017.

You can apply for the DDA flats scheme 2017 in two ways – offline and online.

Offline method:

You can visit the DDA Office, Vikas Sadan for brochure and application. The price of brochure is 200 rs that is available on their sale counter.


DDA scheme has nearly eight banks under its new housing scheme to provide application forms an loans to those who are interested. You can get the application form from one of these banks:

1.  Axis Bank
2. Central Bank of India
3. HDFC Bank
4. Kotak Mahindra Bank
5. ICICI Bank
6. IDBI Bank
7. State Bank of India
8. Yes Bank

After filling the application form submit it with a cheque/Demand Draft on the name of “DDA HOUSING” Delhi.

Online Method:

Alternatively, if you wish to apply online then you can go to the official website of DDA:

First create the login and full fill all the details. The applications from are also available on the above mentioned banks you can directly apply from there by clicking on the link. For payment, You can make it via online banking.

You can also download the form here to directly apply for the homes. You must take into account the important dates such as the date when the registration starts, last day for filling the registration fee and so on.

Application fee and registration fee

At the time of application you will need to pay the application fee that varies each year. You can pay it offline at one of the banks or pay it online at DDA website.

Below is the application details:

Janta & LIG / One Bed Room  –  Rs. 1,00,000

MIG & HIG  –  Rs. 2,00,000

The registration fee is usually 10% of the total flat cost value. The registration fee is refunded if you do not win a flat in the draw. It can also be paid through the banks or online at the website.

The benefits of online form submission is that you can do any changes and correction with in 72 hours of form submitting.

Final step
