- Once the verification has been done, you will receive a demand letter and you would require to pay the complete amount within 90 days of the issue date of the demand letter. If you are unable to pay the amount then DDA will give you extra time of nine months but you will be charged with the interest rate of 12%.
- If you are unable to pay for the flat even after 12 months then the registration will be canceled and your registration money will be refunded back to you.
- Once the payment has been done, the process for the getting the possession will be shared with you by the DDA.
Talking about the payment, you can make the payment through RTGS, NEFT or any other online mode. You can generate the e-challan with help of the DDA’s website and after making the payment, you can take the printout of the online challan. It should also be noted that you need to make the payment from your own account and you would have to present the copy of your bank statement at the time of possession. Once the payment has been made, you will get the possession of the flat.
